Illyrian Land Funds (ILF1 and ILF 2)
The Illyrian Funds are closed-ended funds focused on real estate land investment opportunities in South Eastern Europe. The funds invest or are seeking investments primarily in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Georgia and Montenegro which are experiencing substantial growth in the real estate sector and which offer
significant opportunities for investors.
We anticipate that a large number of significant development projects will be initiated as part of the investment process.
Further funds may focus on later stages of the development process.
