EMAC's real estate activities are focused on opportunities in the sector across Eastern Europe.

Illyrian Land Funds (ILF1 and ILF 2)

The Illyrian Land Funds total approximately €150 million in assets.

The funds are closed-ended and focused on real estate land investment opportunities in South Eastern Europe, primarily in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.

We anticipate that a large number of significant development projects will be initiated as part of the investment process.

Further funds may focus on later stages of the development process.
