EMAC appoints Jamie Rhodes to Board of Directors

13 July 2007, London – Emerging Markets Advisory Corporation Group (‘EMAC’), the alternative asset manager focused on opportunities in Central & Eastern Europe, announced today that it has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jamie Rhodes to its Board of Directors. Jamie is currently an Investment Manager at LMS Capital, the investment company which was formerly part of Derwent London, the leading London real estate company. He is involved in LMS Capital’s UK direct investment portfolio, as well as being responsible for its UK, European and US quoted share portfolio. LMS Capital is a shareholder in EMAC and a cornerstone investor in the EMAC Illyrian Land Fund 2.

Jamie has extensive operational and entrepreneurial experience having seed funded, managed and exited three successive ventures, including an award-winning restaurant in London and a chain of sandwich bars in the North of England. He also currently sits on the Board of Moscowbased Prime Foods Limited. Jamie has a degree from Buckingham University and diplomas from the Sorbonne and L’Institute Britannique in Paris.

The funds are focused on real estate investment opportunities in a number of key markets in South Eastern Europe including Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Georgia.
