EMAC STRENGTHENS TEAM WITH TWO SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

London – Emerging Markets Advisory Corporation Group (EMAC), the corporate finance and investment boutique focused on opportunities in Central & Eastern Europe, has strengthened its team with two senior appointments to EMAC Capital, the Group’s corporate finance division.
Rob Grant, Director and Financial Sector Analyst
Rob Grant has joined EMAC after five years as Head of Global Financial Services at First State Investments, where he was a buy-side global research analyst covering a range of financial services sectors including banking, insurance, brokers/asset managers and speciality finance. Prior to that, Rob was a sell-side European banking investment analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston for two years and has previously worked as a Continental Banking Analyst at several global investment banks including UBS and Nomura International. Rob’s role within EMAC Capital will be to analyse and evaluate investment opportunities in the financial services sector.
Monika Bojarska, Director
Monika Bojarska joins EMAC from EMG Corporate Finance, an emerging market boutique. She has nearly ten years’ experience in corporate finance, particularly in emerging markets, having previously worked at CAIB Corporate Finance, Robert Fleming & Co. and latterly JP Morgan Chase, where she focused primarily on transactions in Central & Eastern Europe. At EMAC Monika will work on corporate finance transactions throughout Central & Eastern Europe, as well as building up the firm’s corporate finance team in London.
