EMAC is 20% owned by a fund managed by Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP, a London-based independent asset manager which is part of the Cheyne Capital Group, a Bermuda incorporated investment advisory firm with around $9.5 billion under management.

A further 10% is owned by Leo Capital, the recently de-merged venture capital division of London Merchant Securities plc, the FTSE 250 real estate company.

LMS Capital (LMS.L) is an independent public company which was formed to hold the investment division demerged from London Merchant Securities plc. LMS Capital shares are traded in the United Kingdom on AIM.
