EMAC Capital is an alternative asset management business focused primarily on the transition markets of Eastern Europe.

Founded and staffed by regional, investment banking and commercial specialists, EMAC Capital offers a combination of market understanding, regional transaction experience and an unrivalled network of contacts, with established relationships at multiple levels of industry and government.

Headquartered in London with regional offices in Ljubljana (Slovenia), Zagreb (Croatia), Novi Sad (Serbia), EMAC Capital manages assets and provides investment advice and assistance to investors seeking exposure to the transition markets of South Eastern Europe and Transcaucasia. Through these regional hubs, EMAC Capital is able to provide all the necessary skills for successful investment origination and execution, including legal and project due diligence, project evaluation and investment oversight and monitoring.

In April 2006, the EMAC Illyrian Land Fund (ILF1), a new closed-ended land investment fund, raised €72 million to invest in real estate opportunities throughout South Eastern Europe.

In September 2007 the EMAC Illyrian Land Fund 2 (ILF 2) raised €81m to invest in further real estate opportunities.

The Fund management company, EMAC Management Ltd, is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
